When we meet:

My therapeutic style is relaxed, creating a safe space for you to share. You can count on honest listening and feedback. Even if it means assisting you in finding a more suitable service than I can offer, I'm here for your best interest. With extensive case management experience, I can help locate additional services to enhance your overall well-being.

Meeting is adaptable:

Every time we meet, our work may look different than the last session. This is because life brings us through hours, days, weeks, and months where our feelings may vary. So, you may benefit most from something different than the last meeting. Regardless, I strive to match your pace. If you prefer a quieter meeting where you just need someone to sit with, we can do that. If there's a lot to discuss and you'd like me to take notes and listen, we can do that too. Whether you find it more effective to express yourself through words, drawing, or therapeutic games during our session, we can accommodate that. If you need me to guide a session with focused work, like a worksheet or predetermined activity, to alleviate any pressure you may be feeling, we can do that as well. Our meeting style will be adaptable to guide us through and take us to the next one. Life can be challenging, and I'm here to offer support and guidance. However it may look, as long as we have some sort of goal to keep us grounded.
